Recurring Monthly Contributions

For contributions of any size, you’ll receive a personal thank-you note, and our ongoing gratitude. Premiums are available at the following levels:

$5/month: Your choice annually of one of the above premiums

$10/month: Your choice annually of two of the above premiums

$20/month: Your choice annually of three of the above premiums

$50/month: Your choice annually of five of the above premiums 

One-Time Contributions

For contributions of any size, you’ll receive a personal thank-you note, and our ongoing gratitude. Premiums are available at the following levels:

$30: Your choice of two 5×7″ notecards or four 4×6″ postcards

$50: Your choice of one of the above premiums

$75: Your choice of two of the above premiums

$100: Your choice of three of the above premiums

$200: Your choice of four of the above premiums

$500 or more: Your choice of six of the above premiums, plus designation as a Peak Moment TV Angel! If you desire, but only with your permission, we will acknowledge you as a major contributor on the Peak Moment TV website.

Before you Contribute

If your premium is to be mailed outside the U.S., email Janaia before ordering, because there may be additional postage fees.

Tax Deductible Contributions

For tax-deductions, contribute through our fiscal sponsor SFFS online or mail checks to Finance Department, San Francisco Film Society, Suite 110, 39 Mesa Street, The Presidio, San Francisco, CA 94129. Write “For Peak Moment” on your check. Then email janaia with your premium choice, and whether you plan to contribute monthly through SFFS.

Other Contributions

Online: In the Donate box on our website, fill in the dollar amount, and choose whether one-time or monthly. If monthly, enter the number of months. You don’t need a PayPal account, just a credit or debit card. Then email Janaia with your premium choice. If you prefer to send money online in a different way, email Janaia.

Postal. Mail a check to Peak Moment TV, 15319 Lone Bobcat Way, Nevada City, CA 95959. Please be sure to include your postal address and phone number so we can mail your premium.
